Andrew, a 56-year-old individual, recently acquired a vast 92-acre property in April of this year. This exclusive information has been confirmed by The U.S. Sun.
The purchase price of the country estate in New Jersey, along with a horse farm, amounted to $3.2 million.
As per a county clerk who spoke with The U.S. Sun, the property’s deed was officially recorded on April 19th and is designated as a farm property. Interestingly, Andrew did not take out a mortgage for this purchase.
The primary house on the estate is a Victorian-style dwelling from the 1800s, boasting three bedrooms and modern amenities. It also features a charming covered porch.
In addition, there is a stone house on the second property, which was built in the 1700s and contains two bedrooms.
The overall theme of this secluded retreat revolves around tranquility. The estate encompasses a pond, a stream, vast expanses of fenced-in pastures, a horse shed, and a barn, making it the epitome of an equestrian property.
Describing the estate, one source highlights the “natural beauty and simplicity” that provides a serene setting for its fortunate new owner.
Recently, Nate, Andrew’s son, shared a photo on social media showing horses within a gated enclosure, indicating that he was enjoying himself on the new property.
NOT OFFICIALLY DIVORCED YET
According to a previous report by The U.S. Sun, Andrew and the former GMA3 star, Amy, have not yet initiated divorce proceedings, despite their highly publicized separation due to Amy’s alleged affair with her former co-host, TJ Holmes.
Amy and Andrew were married for 12 years before their divorce in the latter part of last year. Although they do not have any children together, Amy and her ex-husband, Tim McIntosh, have two daughters named Ava, aged 21, and Annie, aged 17.
On the other hand, Andrew and his ex-wife, Jennifer Hageney, have three sons.
KEEPING THINGS PRIVATE
According to sources cited by The U.S. Sun, Amy and Andrew have been handling the details of their divorce outside of the court system. They are opting for a private resolution to avoid a public spectacle, as confirmed by family law expert Goldie Schon.
It is evident that Andrew aims to minimize any involvement in drama throughout this process. Their divorce proceedings are progressing well, although no specific date for the finalization has been disclosed. They are diligently addressing all aspects, including property and other relevant matters, with the aim of reaching a comprehensive resolution.

TJ’S DIVORCE
After being married for 12 years, TJ filed for divorce from his wife, Marilee Fiebig, on December 28, 2022, in New York.
To handle his divorce proceedings, TJ enlisted the services of attorney Robert H. Moses from the prestigious law firm Moses Ziegelman Richards & Notaro, LLP.
In recognition of his exceptional work, Robert H. Moses was named NYC’s Lawyer of the Year in the Family Law category by Best Lawyers: The Family Law Issue 2023, further highlighting his expertise in the field. His client portfolio boasts celebrities and individuals with significant financial resources.
On the other hand, Marilee sought the legal representation of Fara Rodriguez in January. Fara Rodriguez, who recently attained a partnership position at Philips Nizer LLP in Manhattan, joined the case promptly after Marilee’s primary attorney, Stephanie F. Lehman, who is also a partner at the same firm, urged TJ to file his official divorce complaint.
CAREER MOVES
Amy and TJ grabbed headlines in November when news of their secret affair, while being co-hosts, was leaked to the public.
Following a lengthy deliberation by ABC, the network decided to part ways with both of them earlier this year, resulting in their departure from their respective positions.
However, the duo is determined to make a comeback in the television industry. According to a recent report by The Daily Mail, they are actively pitching a new program to different networks, showcasing their eagerness to return to the screen.
